This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is passionate about delivering positive employee experiences, and enjoys balancing a wide range of responsibilities. This is a full-time position located in our Seattle, WA office.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience (experience in a professional services/consulting environment strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with curiosity and initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle onboarding experience, including delivering engaging weekly orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Support Talent Acquisition by preparing job postings, coordinating interviews, administering workstyle assessments, facilitating offer letters, and maintaining recruiting dashboard.
  • Support our university recruiting program by managing career fair registrations, payments, shipping, and maintaining inventory of marketing items for events.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and Payroll to ensure seamless onboarding processes, accurate documentation, and timely system updates.
  • Provide HRIS support and maintain data accuracy across systems.
  • Manage employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, and updates.
  • Maintain and update the HR intranet site.
  • Monitor and respond to HR and recruiting inboxes, ensuring timely and helpful support for staff inquiries.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives by scheduling discussions, tracking feedback, and reporting insights.
  • Assist with maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with documentation practices.
  • Contribute to special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
