This role supports the Human Resources needs of their Kihei restaurant and is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both employees and leadership teams. The ideal candidate has experience in human resources, strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of Human Resources, providing a strong foundation for career growth within the company, with potential to evolve into a management role for the right candidate.
