The Human Resources Assistant provides essential support to the Employee Relations Manager and plays a key role in daily HR operations. This position serves as a primary point of contact for hourly and salaried employees, staffing agencies, and potential candidates—offering guidance, information, and exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • Clerical or administrative experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities and a professional, welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Familiarity with databases and common HR systems
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work some Saturdays and occasional overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and accurate information to all internal and external customers
  • Perform data entry and maintain employee records in systems such as Oracle HCM, UKG, and Oracle 12c
  • Support daily HR administration, including documentation, recordkeeping, and employee inquiries
  • Assist the Employee Relations Manager with routine tasks, follow‑ups, and special projects
  • Serve as a reliable, approachable resource for employees, staffing partners, and candidates throughout the day
