PL Developments, also known as PLD, is a leading manufacturer, packager, and distributor of over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical products and consumer healthcare goods. SUMMARY The HR Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for employees visiting the HR office, handling inquiries, and providing assistance to ensure a positive experience. This role also provides comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, data verification, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who actively seeks out tasks, asks questions when necessary, and exercises appropriate judgment in evaluating situations. Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, proficiency in Excel, and exceptional customer service skills are essential to interact with all levels of staff with tact and professionalism. Work Schedule: Monday 7am-5pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:30am-5pm (OT as needed for the role)
