Provides support to the Human Resources Department by assisting the Human Resources Manager with aspects of human resources as directed. This role assists in scheduling and tracking training and benefits administration. The specialist will help with employment activities, prepare and maintain personnel procedures, administer employee benefits, and maintain accurate databases for training and employee benefits. They will also assist with monitoring EEO, OFCCP, and Corporate Policies, process employee payroll, maintain confidential personnel records, foster positive employee relations, and ensure timely, high-quality services. Additionally, the role involves helping students become more employable, adhering to property control policies, working towards performance goals, following CDSS plans and Code of Conduct, demonstrating Serrato Corporation's core values, modeling Career Success Standards, and complying with all DOL guidelines, OFCCP regulations, Job Corps notices, and Center policies. Participation in PRH mandated staff training is mandatory.
