About The Position

We are a delivery company looking to continue our expansion into 2027. We are hiring a dedicated HR representative to recruit, interview, and hire drivers at a rapid pace to keep up with our ongoing growth. This role involves screening resumes, interviewing candidates, tracking pipeline activity, and strategizing ways to attract candidates. The position also includes assisting with daily operations such as creating checklists and processing employee-related forms and documentation. Requirements

Excellent and professional communication skills
Ability to work on a computer 4-8 hours/day
Ability to talk on the phone 4-8 hours/day
Impeccable follow-up
Ability to keep track of multiple candidates and their stages in the hiring process via HR portal
Ability to work independently at a fast pace

Responsibilities

Screen resumes and interview candidates.
Regularly track pipeline activity and move candidates along.
Strategize different ways to attract candidates, create referral generation, and build a new hire pipeline.
Assist with miscellaneous daily operations including but not limited to creating checklists and pressing employee-related forms and documentation.
