About The Position

As a lead Human Resources and Human Capital Program Manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding numerous efforts. Your customer will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the National Security Sector, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your customer’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact national security programs while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies. Requirements

10+ years of experience with HR
5+ years of experience as a program manager on an HR or human capital program
2+ years of experience leading complex federal contract transitions
1+ years of experience managing geographically-dispersed HR operations
Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships with government stakeholders
Experience providing and effectively communicating strategic guidance, recommendations, and executive-level briefings and reports to senior government leadership
Experience managing project performance and quality assurance across various HR functional areas
Experience managing competing priorities
Experience leading organizational change initiatives, including quickly assessing complex operational challenges and driving adoption of new processes
Ability to balance technical, financial, and contractual requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience working within the Intelligence Community
Experience implementing process optimizations using federal HR information system data analytics
Experience learning AI tools
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
