Serving as a key point of contact for all human resources and internal affairs, this role involves providing critical updates and reporting to the Executive Team. The Senior HR Analyst oversees the comprehensive daily management of Human Resources operations, executing complex, professional-level tasks with a high degree of responsibility. In this capacity, the individual offers strategic counsel and HR recommendations to personnel across the organization, including the Executive Director and the Deputy and Assistant Directors.
