San Bernardino County, Human Resources Department, seeks to fill a Human Resources Analyst II (HRA II) vacancy within the Classification/Compensation unit. The incumbent will lead a team of analysts and support staff involved in conducting classification, compensation, and organizational studies to maintain the County's position classification system. Fundamental responsibilities include: Assigning and reviewing the work of Human Resources Analysts I and other support staff; assisting with the selection, training, and development of staff; and leading, planning, and coordinating the team's work assignments. Interpreting division policies and procedures to facilitate responding to or handling the most complex and sensitive requests or issues that may arise. Developing, managing, and evaluating human resources services and programs; leading projects with specialized focus areas.
