Under general supervision, the Human Resources (HR) Analyst – Benefits & ADA Coordinator applies professional human resources principles and analytical expertise in the administration, oversight, and continuous improvement of the agency’s employee benefits, retirement, and ADA compliance programs. This position holds primary responsibility for the overall management, integrity, and compliance of the agency’s benefits and retirement programs and serves as the official ADA Coordinator, ensuring adherence to all requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including overseeing accommodation processes, documentation, determinations, and interactive communications. The role exercises considerable initiative and independent judgment, provides expert-level guidance to leadership and employees, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops data-driven insights to support decision-making.
