About the position
As a Human Resources Analyst at Striveworks, you will be responsible for supporting employees and ensuring they can perform at their best. This includes administering benefits, implementing HR processes, and assisting with payroll. You will also be involved in analyzing employee data, maintaining HR records, and managing employee open enrollment processes. The role requires 2+ years of HR administration experience, a passion for process improvement, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Administering benefits and assisting with benefits-related decisions
- Creating and implementing HR processes
- Assisting with payroll
- Shepherding new employees through the preboarding process
- Improving and documenting HR processes
- Writing clear guides for employees on HR topics
- Ensuring accuracy and flow of personnel data in Striveworks systems
- Analyzing employee data and providing observations and recommendations
- Maintaining integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records
- Managing employee open enrollment processes
- Liaising between employees and benefits providers
- Experience with HR administration
- Passionate about process improvement
- Experience with open enrollment
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Comfort with quantitative information
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Effective verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with company benefit selection process (preferred)
- Knowledge of pre/post tax benefit deductions (preferred)
- Experience contributing to handbook policies to comply with laws (preferred)
- Knowledge of equity grant mechanics (preferred)
