About The Position

We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant. We are an operator and owner of convenience stores and gas stations throughout 4 states. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has at least 2 years of administrative or human resources experience. Willing to train the right candidate with previous administrative experience and is committed to a part-time position in our HR/Recruitment/Payroll Office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferably in a human resources department.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and able to learn other software applications used by the company.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility and effective interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR/Recruitment/Payroll Office.
  • Interact with company-wide employees professionally.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and solve issues effectively.
  • Multitask and meet deadlines as they arise.
