About The Position

The HR Administrator supports day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks, maintaining and assisting with new hire agents for I-9 completion. Supporting onboarding/offboarding, and helping ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. This role is essential in keeping HR processes organized, efficient, and compliant.

  • Maintaining accurate employee records (digital), including personnel files, I9 documentation, and compliance documents
  • Processing HR transactions such as data and job updates in the HRIS
  • Screening resumes
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinating new hire one on one scheduling for I-9 assistance
  • Ensuring new hire documentation is complete and compliant
  • Supporting offboarding processes such as exit checklists, equipment return, and system deactivation
  • Ensuring HR processes comply with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., ADA, FMLA, FLSA)
  • Updating HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and data privacy standards
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries

Responsibilities
