The primary purpose of this job position is to assist the DSD/DON/Administrator in administering policies and implementing facility orientation. This role supports organizational goals and values, requiring strict confidentiality, teamwork, and self-starting initiative. The position involves assisting in the orientation of new employees, maintaining knowledge of legal requirements, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. It also includes data entry, report preparation, and maintaining employment records. The role administers benefits programs, works with the Risk Manager on HR/WC cases, and coordinates safety and health examinations. Additionally, it involves documenting drills, promoting good public relations, advertising positions, and contributing to team efforts with regular attendance and dependability. The role may also assist with payroll duties, participate in surveys, and develop inter-departmental rapport. Recording incidents/accidents and protecting resident information are also key responsibilities. The role also involves managing workflow for accurate and timely payroll processing, including handling garnishments, updating records, issuing paychecks, preparing reports, processing manual checks and termination payroll, determining payroll liabilities, monitoring accruals, and completing employment verifications. Reconciliation and balancing of payroll accounts, providing payroll information, and maintaining confidentiality are crucial. The role partners with the HRBP on complex HR cases and conducts regular audits for compliance.
