This is a dual role position. The Human Resource Generalist portion of this position will execute the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including records & data keeping, hiring, interviewing staff, initiating training, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices as directed. As the Payroll Clerk Generalist, this position facilitates payroll, payroll taxes, compiles, and maintains payroll & benefits records & processes.
