This role is responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll. The manager will execute and refine recruiting and staffing initiatives, address employment-related concerns, and ensure compliance with company HR policies and systems. A key part of the role involves managing and coordinating training for Distribution and/or Transportation associates, including new hire orientation, CBL modules, and virtual classroom sessions. The position also involves supervising and developing associates and leaders, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and promoting a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. The manager will act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and contribute to the company's goal of becoming a regenerative company.
