This role is responsible for managing the daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll. The position involves executing and refining recruiting and staffing initiatives, addressing employment-related concerns, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies. The manager will also oversee the accuracy, confidentiality, and maintenance of HR documents, and assist in the implementation and compliance of HR systems. Additionally, this role involves identifying associate, customer, and supplier concerns, supervising and developing associates and leaders, and managing and coordinating training programs for Distribution and/or Transportation associates.
