This role involves managing the daily administrative functions of the HR office, including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, and payroll. The manager will implement the business plan for their area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, coordinating workloads, and ensuring associates complete required training. They will also ensure compliance with company HR policies, maintain HR documents, and assist in the implementation of HR systems. The role includes identifying associate, customer, and supplier concerns, supervising and developing associates and leaders, and managing and coordinating training for Distribution and/or Transportation associates.
