About The Position

The Human Resources Manager will support approximately 115 employees in Holliston, MA and 30 employees in Marietta, GA. This role will strategize organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager will create, execute, and improve upon both strategic people initiatives and tactical processes. The role fosters an employee-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, continuous improvement, and productivity. It provides comprehensive HR support, including payroll, employee relations, performance management, labor planning, and day-to-day employee support/questions. The role also develops and executes initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys and feedback sessions, and applies strategic talent management solutions to continuously improve talent retention, assessment, development, and career/professional growth. The position tracks KPIs and metrics, presents regular reports, and uses data-driven insights to drive HR and operational decision making. It also communicates difficult or sensitive information tactfully and professionally, maintains accurate HR records, ensures compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handles other departmental projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and support for organizational goals. The role reinforces and advocates for the Open Door Policy across the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or other related field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Workday & ADP preferred

Responsibilities
