About The Position

This role provides specialized expertise in Human Resources, working independently and leading projects of moderate risk and complexity. The manager will mentor junior staff or manage projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. They will possess strong problem-solving skills to offer professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals. The position partners with senior leaders within assigned business units or regions to design and deliver medium- to long-term People & Culture solutions aligned with business strategy and priorities. This includes anticipating workforce needs, organizational trends, and people implications, advising leadership on effective approaches across areas such as workforce planning, talent, performance, and employee experience. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring a range of People & Culture programs and initiatives, acting as a strategic generalist while drawing on support from centralized People & Culture operations and specialist teams (e.g., reward, talent, employee relations). The Human Resource Manager will act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring people practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals.
