The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for performing the employee-related processes for Bethel Family Clinic (BFC). This position works closely with and reports directly to the Executive Director. The HR Manager develops best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between the personnel and senior leadership for BFC. This position carries out the responsibilities for the following functional areas: Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Training, Performance Management, Employment Life-Cycle, Policy Implementation, Payroll administration, Recruitment and management of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action and employment law compliance. The Manager must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs and strategic plans for BFC.
