About The Position
The Human Resources Intern will gain practical, hands-on experience supporting daily HR operations while developing foundational knowledge across multiple HR functions. This internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to HR systems, employee support, compensation and benefits processes, orientation, and internal resource coordination.
Requirements
- Pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn HR systems
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and HR documentation
- Understanding of employee relations processes and workplace practices
- Exposure to compensation and benefits administration
- Experience coordinating onboarding and orientation programs
- Knowledge of inventory tracking and HR resource management
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support to the HR team
- Maintain confidentiality of employees and company information
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance tracking
