About The Position

KLA is seeking two highly motivated Human Resources Interns to join their team for the summer. This is an exciting opportunity for analytical, curious, and business-minded individuals interested in gaining hands-on HR experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support KLA's people and business strategies. As an HR Intern, you will partner with HR professionals and business leaders to lead or contribute to strategic HR initiatives. Through research, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving, you will develop insights and recommendations that help drive organizational effectiveness and employee success.

Requirements

  • Requires less than 1 year of related experience.
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Authorized to work in the country where the internship is located and able to complete the internship for the designated program duration

Responsibilities

  • Lead or contribute to a significant HR project aligned with KLA's strategic priorities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and develop recommendations
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and organizational effectiveness topics
  • Partner with HR team members, managers, and employees to gather input and perspectives through interviews, focus groups, or surveys
  • Develop and deliver presentations that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to HR and business leaders
  • Collaborate across functions and geographies to support project objectives and organizational priorities
