Requirements
- A student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus)
- A team player who’s eager to learn and contribute
Responsibilities
- Digitize and accurately input employee records into Dayforce HRIS
- Organize and maintain confidential employee documentation
- Support data accuracy and consistency across HR systems
- Collaborate with the HR team on administrative tasks and process improvements
- Assist with records management initiatives that support company growth
