About The Position

We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support the recruitment hiring process. This position would support the recruiting process fully. This is an onsite, office-based role in St. Petersburg, FL, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch/break period.

Requirements

All aspects of recruitment and onboarding skills/experience required
Computer, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience required
Employment Law and labor regulations related to recruitment/screening/onboarding
Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field required
5 years of prior experience as an HR Recruiter/Onboarding required
Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
Experience with resume HRIS system required preferably ADP
Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills necessary
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills necessary
Clear Criminal Background Check throughout employment with Suncoast Center and local checks prior to hire and annually along with DCF Level II prior to hire and as required by DCF
Must have valid Florida Driver’s License Motor Vehicle checks prior to hire and annually with acceptable driving record maintained throughout employment along with reliable vehicle, valid registration, and valid vehicle insurance.
All Applicants would require a negative drug screening prior to hire and throughout employment
All positions require a screening through the Clearinghouse.
