Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Support employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and development plans.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs.
Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
