What would you do as a Human Resource Generalist As the HR Generalist, you will be central to our Human Resources operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment practices, with a working understanding of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in benefits administration, payroll coordination, recruiting, and onboarding is essential, along with proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably iSolved HCM.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and sound judgment
  • Analytical skills for preparing reports and interpreting data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • A service-oriented mindset aligned with our culture and values
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources required; SHRM-CP or PHR certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate employee records within our HRIS system, preferably iSolved HCM
  • Administering employee benefits, including enrollments and qualifying life events
  • Supporting payroll coordination and system updates
  • Managing recruiting and onboarding processes from job posting through orientation
  • Screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer documentation
  • Serving as the first point of contact for employee relations support and HR inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Preparing HR reports and maintaining audit-ready documentation
  • Providing limited executive administrative support as assigned
