The position manages hiring for hourly and professional roles, coordinating with external staffing partners, utilizing an Applicant Tracking System, screening and interviewing candidates, and supporting hiring decisions through reference and background checks. The role also leads new employee orientation and serves as a trusted resource for employees and management on company policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
