This role supports various aspects of the employee experience, focusing on workplace initiatives, employee communications, and engagement. The Generalist will assist with space planning, office design, amenities coordination, and the expansion of employee benefits and discount programs. They will also be involved in creating employee communications, managing projects related to workplace experience, and supporting recruiting and onboarding processes for both the WHS & Security department and other HR roles. A key part of the role involves benchmarking best practices in corporate workplace experience and real estate.
