We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and versatile HR Generalist to support core HR functions across our organization. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in driving full-cycle recruitment, managing leave administration, maintaining policy compliance, and championing employee engagement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels.
  • High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, managing our Applicant Tracking System and postings across platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct new hire prescreening, including background checks, I-9 verification, and reference checks.
  • Direct and oversee the Trademark Internship Program to engage and develop early-career talent.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors with professionalism, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager or VP of HR as needed.
  • Create, revise, and review HR policies and procedures to maintain alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
  • Stay current on HR trends, new technologies, regulatory updates, and talent management practices.
  • Manage the comprehensive leave administration process, including FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and personal leave.
  • Serve as a reliable primary backup for payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Perform other HR operations and projects as assigned.
