The Human Resources Specialist/Generalist is responsible for supporting core HR functions, including personnel file administration, HRIS management, employee relations, employee engagement and recognition programs, and new hire onboarding and orientation. This role serves as a key advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation while ensuring compliance with California labor laws and organizational standards.
