The HR Coordinator serves as the essential HR point of contact, fostering collaboration with the local operations team to create a positive and engaging employee experience. This role involves advocating for employees, partnering with warehouse leadership, and ensuring the implementation of a consistent Stord culture. The HR Coordinator manages day-to-day HR functions and strives to continuously improve the employee experience, adapting to the dynamic environment of a startup. This role is onsite Monday-Friday with a rotating shift within the hours of 6:00am - 4:30pm with some weekends required during peak season and based on business needs.
