About The Position

This is a temporary, remote position for a Human Resource Consultant to replace Cynthia Sanchez. The consultant will immediately take over her seven assigned companies and any new companies that arise. The role involves performing various HR tasks such as compliance training, onboarding, employee exits, employee engagement and consulting, and company staff training. The consultant may also be on standby for clients until the next task is needed. A positive, communicative, teamwork-oriented, and flexible attitude is essential.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.
