This Position will support hospital departments in the areas of Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Management and Program Development. Employee Relations responsibilities may include, but not limited to, thoroughly and objectively investigating employee complaints; managing and resolving complex employee relations issues; providing HR policy guidance to employees and/or supervisors; and working directly with supervisors and department directors in establishing a climate conducive to attracting and retaining hospital personnel. Responsibilities in recruitment may include planning, screening, interviewing, salary administration, and advising directors of placement of hospital personnel. This position will work with the HR team to identify and create Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a talented and compassionate workforce. Other duties may include Researching, preparing, and submitting compliance responses, assessing the work environment, identifying problems or concerns where attention is necessary and developing and implementing appropriate programs or action plans in order to promote and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
