Under the direction of the VP of Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant provides critical administrative and clerical support to the HR department and Executive team. This role partners closely with HR to ensure the accurate and timely execution of payroll, benefits administration, recruiting support, onboarding, reporting, and office coordination. This is a highly clerical, detail-oriented position requiring strong technical skills, exceptional accuracy, and strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, systems-focused, and comfortable working across multiple HR, payroll and benefit platforms. Here at Savers Bank we use Paylocity.
