SUMMARY: The HR Recruiter plays a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts while providing essential HR support. The primary focus of this position is full-cycle recruiting - sourcing, screening, and hiring top candidates to meet staffing needs. This role will also support HR operations, including onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and communication between HR and staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building strong candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive hiring experience.
