Recruiter (Human Resource Specialist) is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill job openings within an organization. The Recruiter (Human Resource Specialist) shall collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and determine candidate qualifications. The Recruiter (Human Resource Specialist) shall conduct interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit and offer positions to the most qualified candidates. The Recruitment Specialist also play a key role in facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. The Recruiter (Human Resource Specialist) goal is to ensure the organization attracts and hires talented individuals who contribute to its success and growth. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
