Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • At least one year of recruiting experience preferred.
  • At least one year of HR experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in networking and community outreach is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Establish trust and maintain professional relationships with all levels of employees
  • Prepares recruitment lists and proactively posts jobs using job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Sources and screens applications for quality candidates and coordinates interviews
  • Consults with the leadership team to determine competencies required to perform jobs
  • Generates official internal documents such as offer letters, recognition, etc.
  • Coordinates new hire orientation
  • Tracks all onboarding/offboarding tasks using Bamboo HR ensuring all HR team tasks are completed on-schedule.
  • Posts new employee announcements on Company WhatsApp
  • Sets up 90-day new hire check-ins with Managers
  • Tracks Employee Referral Awards and coordinates payment
  • Helps plan and coordinate company events
  • Proactively seeks out ideas to reduce employee turnover
  • Develop relationships in the community and schools to reinforce the company’s reputation as the employer of choice
  • Develop strong working relationships with the hiring managers to ensure alignment in the recruiting/hiring process.
