You will leverage technical, analytical, and administrative expertise to assess readiness standards, validate and refine requirements, produce insightful trend analyses and executive materials, and enable data-driven oversight. Additionally, you will support policy and doctrine development, update manuals, facilitate stakeholder communications, and align resiliency programs for maximum effectiveness. You’ll guide the work we do for the Marine Corps and the solutions we deliver for Human Performance Optimization, military readiness, and national security as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with DoD organizations
  • Experience with the Marine Corps’ organizational structure and culture, Total Force Fitness, physical fitness standards, and training and readiness policy
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments, gap analyses, job or task analyses, organizational assessments, or performance analyses
  • Ability to translate operational requirements, scientific evidence, stakeholder input, and program findings into policy recommendations, training interventions, program improvements, implementation strategies, and courses of action
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience with DoD organizations
  • Experience using Power BI or similar platforms to interpret program metrics, monitor implementation, and communicate performance information
  • Experience with data collection systems, survey platforms, automated workflows, and dashboard requirements
  • Experience assisting with developing, reviewing, or revising policy, doctrine, manuals, guidance, training standards, or program documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Instructional Systems Design, I/O Psychology, Human Factors, Organizational Development, Public Health, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, or a related field
  • Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), PROSCI Change Management, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Performance and Sport Scientist (CPSS), or similar Analytics, Research, Program Evaluation, or Human Performance Certification
