The State of Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to serve as a Payroll & Benefits Senior Analyst within the Human Resources Division. This position plays a key role in supporting payroll operations, employee benefits administration, leave coordination, wellness initiatives, and statewide payroll support activities for Central Office and Developmental Centers across Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, experience working with payroll and HR systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interpret policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
