About The Position

San Bernardino County Human Resources is recruiting for Human Capital Management Analysts who specialize in the PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit Administration, Time & Labor, Self-Service applications and interfaced systems both to and from the County. The incumbent will operate as part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) team which performs functional analysis and project management work for the County's Human Resources processes and systems. The position will provide expert instruction and guidance to end-users; act as a liaison between technical support services; and perform related maintenance support or implementation project work, as required.

Requirements

  • One (1) year of full-time equivalent professional-level administrative experience supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM), which includes system development project management.
  • Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Module.
  • Knowledge of PS Query and/or SQL.
  • Proficient knowledge in one other HCM module area: Human Resource, Benefit Administration, and Time & Labor.
  • A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, public or business administration, human resources, information technology, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or closely related field of study.
  • Degrees or coursework completed outside the U.S. must be accompanied with an evaluation report from a reputable credential evaluation service showing equivalency to degrees or coursework completed at a college or university accredited by any accrediting association recognized by the United States Department of Education.
  • Must be able to present their legal right to work in the United States at the time of employment.
