Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-recognized certifications, such as information technology credentials.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Effective customer communication skills.
  • Proven track record in consultative sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt and collaborate within a high-performing team.

Nice To Haves

  • Obtaining certifications like the Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) or the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise to sell Human Capital Management services through partnerships with internal and external referral channels.
  • Meet with referral sources and prospective clients, focusing on businesses with 50 or more employees.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop tailored proposals that align with their unique business practices.
  • Actively promote HCM products.
  • Engage in contract negotiations.
  • Ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing HCM clients.
  • Maintain communication regarding evolving client needs.
  • Manage a comprehensive sales pipeline through our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing initiatives and enhance market presence.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
  • Reshape client experiences with innovative HCM solutions.
