Human Capital Consultant
About The Position
Guidehouse is currently seeking human capital and project management professionals to develop communications and change management materials on training programs, support and modify SOPs on managing cohorts and conducting outreach to training participants, and have knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training programs and participants. The role also involves supporting workforce integration activities and data analysis to enable clients in making workforce-related decisions. Additionally, the consultant will apply project management and organizational skills, including collection and dissemination of meeting notes, developing and tracking action items, developing standardized programmatic activities, and communicating clearly with partners and clients on progress and status.
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- ONE (1) year experience in project management and presentation development.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field
- Currently possess one or more of the following certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP), Change Management certifications
