As a Vice President, Human–AI Experience Design in JPMorganChase Private Bank (Transformative AI team), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our next-generation agentic platforms for clients and advisors. Leveraging your deep knowledge of experience design, human–AI interaction, and research practices, you will lead strategically important initiatives and develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements, responsible AI principles, and user needs. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and research to translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, and effective workflows. You will help establish scalable interaction patterns and standards that make AI guidance clear, usable, and safe.
