About The Position

Hull & Deck Riggers play a critical role in bringing our boats to life by installing, assembling, and testing the systems and components that make every Sea Fox boat safe, reliable, and ready for the water.

Requirements

Previous experience in marine manufacturing or boat rigging.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Basic understanding of 12-volt electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Install and assemble mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and marine components during boat construction.
Rig hulls and decks with precision to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.
Install steering systems, controls, pumps, batteries, wiring harnesses, fuel systems, and other marine components.
Route, secure, and connect electrical wiring and plumbing systems.
Install hardware, accessories, and equipment according to production specifications.
Perform inspections and functional testing to ensure all systems operate properly.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and make necessary corrections.
Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and build specifications.
Maintain accurate installation standards while meeting production goals.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Identify and communicate quality concerns, missing materials, or production issues to leadership.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
