The HUD Supervisor is responsible for coordinating intake, assessment, and referral services for individuals and families seeking housing assistance and supportive services. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a vital role in connecting participants with resources that support housing stability, mental health care, substance use disorder treatment, and overall well-being. Ensures compliance with HUD regulations, maintains accurate client records, conducts eligibility screenings, and collaborates with community partners and service providers to ensure participants receive appropriate services. The position requires strong organizational skills, compassion, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations experiencing housing instability, mental health challenges, substance use disorders, domestic violence, and other barriers to self-sufficiency.
