About The Position

This role is for a HubSpot Revenue Operations Specialist who will act as the primary resource for HubSpot administration across Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations Hubs. The specialist will be responsible for configuration, governance, permissions, documentation, and user support. A key part of the role involves building and maintaining full-funnel reporting, dashboards, attribution, and KPI visibility for various teams. The position also requires managing the lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, pipeline stages, sales workflows, and funnel performance to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales performance. Additionally, the specialist will design, maintain, and optimize workflows, automation, segmentation, campaign operations, and email deployment processes. Data quality will be maintained through deduplication, standardization, enrichment, compliance support, and data entry standards. The role includes managing integrations between HubSpot and key systems like NetSuite, Celigo, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, as well as staying current on the HubSpot product roadmap and evaluating new platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will treat the platform and website as products, proactively identify issues, communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues, and contribute to system evolution with a low ego and high ownership mentality.
