This is a regional leadership role. You will oversee General Hospitality Managers across multiple markets — setting the standard for member experience, property quality, housekeeping performance, and operational execution. You'll report directly to the Regional Field Director and serve as the connective layer between market-level operations and company leadership. This role is for someone who develops people while holding them accountable, makes decisions with incomplete information with the best customer experience in mind, and builds systems while using them.
