About The Position

Become a vital part of our Caring Services team as a Hub Coordinator, helping ensure patients receive the right care at the right time. You'll be a key point of contact for families, patients, referrers, clinical colleagues and senior leaders, so you'll need to communicate confidently and compassionately with a wide range of people. You'll help keep our services running smoothly by coordinating rotas and visits, maintaining accurate patient information and responding to changing priorities. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are quite the same, so we're looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable managing competing demands and confident prioritising their own workload. If you're empathetic, adaptable and enjoy bringing order to a busy environment, while making a real difference to patients and families, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• IT Literacy – Microsoft Word Excel Email and internet
• Experience of working within a customer services environment
• Producing management and statistical reports
• A desire to help others, work towards targets and develop their skills
• Ability to solve problems and take proactive action to address issues
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
