About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategy development, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience leveraging data to drive business outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies that support business objectives and long-term growth.
• Analyze market dynamics, supplier landscapes, spend data, and cost drivers to identify strategic opportunities.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management activities to maximize value and ensure favorable commercial outcomes.
• Align supply capabilities with business demand to support continuity, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives across assigned categories.
• Monitor supplier performance and lead continuous improvement plans to enhance quality, delivery, and reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams globally to ensure sourcing strategies support operational and commercial priorities.
• Support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions, bid activities, product development, and innovation programs.
